sid
Sid's mask is the absolute easiest. Just buy a gasmask! Get it at http://www.majorsurplusnsurvival.com . It doesn't really matter if it's not exact, paint it, keep in mind that Sid has about 10.
joey
Joey wears a Japanese Kabuki mask. They are very common in Japan. If you live outside of Japan, a halloween shop is probably the only place with one of these. Try to find a cheap plastic one, so it won't fall and break and be too heavy, etc. Visit Http://www.TeenersTheatricals.com .
paul
Paul's mask is a cut out rubber latex mask with leather straps to attached to it. If you find a pig mask, cut it to fit your face (a little loose). Then cut out eyes and if not already done, cut out the mouth . There are two straps on the top that cross over the head. Make sure the entire top portion has a tight fit. To add detail, add a key lock to the nose, and rivet black leather to the mask.

Visit Http://www.HalloweenPlus.com . Here's a method in case you do not want to purchase the mask: Buy a white latex mask and cut out the front portion so it ONLY covers up your face (trust me!). Be sure that your forehead shows when your wearing the mask. next, optional, cut it in half and sew it back together so it looks authentic. Place about a carrot- sized noze to the front, add the mouth zipper and rivet around to the mouth. Your done with step 1. Step two is a relatively easy step. fit a light black leather/ nylon/ latex garment around your head and neck. Cut out the face part so your whole face is visible, but keep the back part and neck part intact. This takes us to step 3. Attach the white part (step 1) to the black part (step 2) so that it covers up your face (make sure your skin isn't visible). Now, bind the two with leather straps stretching from the bottom of your ear to the top, where it will meet the overhead ring. These rings are very common, but if you can't find one, just get a keyring

Go to https://members.tripod.com/bohred/index.html to buy a perfect Jim mask. If you want a cheaper version, visit http://www.opane.com/masksshop.html .You will have to make many modifications. You will need to cut open his mouth and adjust to your liking, then apply a zipper in the mouth. The zipper will be tricky, so try to do it slowly, and with a partner.

You can buy either of those masks shown above at http://www.devioustoys.com/hoods.html and all you need to do is plant in a couple dozen nails. Pretty simple. Below is instructions for his old mask. For starters, you will need you to buy a cheap drag racing helmet. Once this is done, attach long, sturdy nails through the inside, so the tips are visible outside, and tape them. Space these about 1 1/2 inches apart. If the helmet is not already equipped with goggles, then carefully apply oversized diving goggles to the front. If you really want to make it exact, then make sure the nails are rusted, and DON'T put a camera flash on the top of the mask because that's what recently took that off his mask.
shawn
Visit https://members.tripod.com/bohred/index.html. I personally wouldn't recommend going to great lengths to find another replica of the real clown mask, as he has already bought a new one. The mask to the right is made from someone in Ontario. He creates Shawn and Corey masks, Iowa-style baby! For excellent prices too! You can contact him at Theshape10@Aol.com . I have purchased his Corey Iowa-style mask and I assure you that my delivery was prompt and the mask is amazing. Hopefully I will buy his Shawn mask soon. Click here to visit his website.
mick
Above is the mask you can purchase at https://members.tripod.com/bohred/index.html . Below are some instructions to create it instead of purchasing it.
I recommend using paper and making the mask as a pattern. You wouldn't want to mess up and waste some leather. After you have all the paper pieces perfect. Blue-tac or similar the paper to the leather and cut the leather out. Also to see if the paper mask will work staple it all together. Notice in the pictures to the right that mick's mask has five visible peices. They are the forehead peice, the two side ones, the under- eye portion, and the mouth. I know that Mick's mask is made out of leather, which is very appropriate for this kind of mask. Mick's mask is not any specific colors, as he keeps spray painting it different. Don't cut out the eye, nose, and mouth holes yet. Trust me. Now the first step is the forehead peice. As I said, measure some paper on your forehead first, and use it as a guide for cutting the leather. Do this before every step. Now, rivet around the forehead. there are four (or three, if you have a small forehead) to each side, and two at the middle, bottom. Now, do the sides. While doing this, REMEMBER TO LEAVE EXTRA LEATHER for when you will overlap it! the top - side parts have to tuck under the left and right sides of the forehead peice. The undereye section will tuck under the lower forehead part and the side parts, and the mouth peice goes under everything. Now that you have that in mind, cut them out in paper, then leather, then add the "circles". Don't worry about the eye part yet. As I said, dont cut any eye, mouth, or nose holes yet. Repeat this step for the mouth and under eye. Remember that the bottom has edges, and needs no riveting.
corey
The mask is simply amazing, it fits on your face like a 2nd skin, but does not smother you or irritate you in any way. It does not flop or slide around on your face either. I must assure you all that Theshape10@hotmail.com is very prompt with his deliveries and is very trustworthy. Click here to visit his website. To make your own Corey mask, read on. Stuff you will need: 1.long round shoe lace's 8 of them. 2.roll of twine, it's about $2.oo 3.hair tie's, there about $1.50 4.2 big masking tape roll's there about $5.40 each but im sure there cheaper. 5.1 stocking it's about $2.00 for a pack. 6.needle and thread (black) $1.50 or more 7.spray paint, colors wight, black and grey, $3 or $4.00 each. 8.colored die colors green or blue, around $5.00 9.colored marker you should have one around. 10.and something pointy and sharp you will need it later. 11.1 bowl 12.last but not least 1 pair of scissors you should have some some were.
Cost to make this mask, $20.40 its about this price. Instructions.(remember this is a 2 man/female job) 1.Put the stocking over your head and get your freind or who ever is helping you to mark with the marker where to put the eyes and mouth. 2.Take the stocking of then cut the eyes and mouth out cut only little holes you will cut them out better later. 3.Put the stocking back on now for the long part get your partner who's helping you with this mask to start tapping your head up with the masking tape start from the top of your head and work your way down and do under the chin, when your doing this don't shape the face features just the nose and chin with the nose don't shape it all around only the bridge, look at a picture of Corey and you will get what im saying. WARNING DONT TAPE OVER THE MOUTH HOLE GO ROUND IT, and make sure you dont tape it to tight because it will be hard to take off and it may also cause you to faint besure to ask if they the feel ok every 1 minute or so when taping there head up, and be ready to remove the mask when they don't feel good. 4.Now after the taping is done cut a line up the back of the mask do it slow or you will get stabbed in the head, cut to the middle of the mask andbefore you take it off mark were your eyes are with the marker then take the mask off, if it cant come off cut it a little bit more. 5.Now to make the eyes and mouth better draw the eyes in a oval shape slightly slanted and the mouth, well just look at a picture of Corey and you will see how its done. 6.Now cut the eyes and mouth out, and just under Corey's nose there is bit of mask cut out do that as well. 7.This is a tricky part SPRAY PAINTING, look at a picture of Corey and see the color of the mask try and do that it's hard 1) First coat white. 2) Second coat grey only in some areas. 3) Third coat black in patches. The picture will help allot. Now let it dry and get to the dreads. 8.Get the shoe laces and cut them in half, now get the twine and cut a pile of it. Why? Because you will need heaps of it. 1) Get one of the laces and the twine. 2) Get the end of the lace and twine put them in a knot just a small one. 3) Start to wrap the twine around the shoe lace when the lace is finished take one hair tie and tie the end up look at a picture of Corey to see what I mean. 4) Do the rest of the shoe laces, it will be a long time before this is done. 5) When finished every shoe lace get one of the selected colored dyes and put the dreads in the dye add water to the dye so you can fit all the dreads in use a tin bowl for this or any bowl it doesn't matter me you don't have to dye them if you don't want to. Let it soak over night. 6) NEXT DAY - Get the dreads out of the dye and hang them up to dry for 12 hours. 9.Get your almost finished mask and mark out were you will put your dreads. 10.Get the pointy sharp thing you should have and use it to prick holes into the head of the mask, prick were you marked the mask, you may need to make them bigger later. 11.Get your dried dyed dreads and put them through the holes you made, put them in knot first. 12.There you have it a Corey Taylor mask, easy wasn't it? If you were wanting something more better than you just made well, go get a crash dummy and skin its head.
Still not quite done. Attach all the peices together. Either sew them together or staple them or if you use light material, consider glueing it together. Next, spray paint it either green, silver, or grey. When done with that, adjust the back. If you have long hair like Mick, use elastic so it will stay on, or you can use the method for Chris, James, and Paul's masks finished!
